Job title: Teaching Assistant/s

 

Hours: 17½ hours per week, permanent contract mornings (8.30am to 12.15pm)
10 hours per week, fixed term contract afternoons (1.15pm to 3.15pm) from 02
September 2024 to 31 August 2025

Salary: £11.98 to £12.38 per hour (pay award pending)

Contract Type: See above, 38 weeks a year, term time

We are seeking a passionate, creative and inspiring Teaching Assistant/s within KS2 to support our amazing children and brilliant
staff.

All about the role: We are looking for highly motivated staff who have a natural desire to support children’s development and learning.

The post will require you to provide targeted support and larger group work within your designated class of KS2 children.

You will
also deliver interventions with small groups of children. Experience of supporting children with educational needs would be an
advantage. On-going training and development will be provided.

We are also looking for a MDSA required to provide lunch time supervision, promoting positive play, safe and healthy eating habits
and providing basic first aid treatment as and when required to our children over the lunchtime break.

Hours of work are 12.15pm
to 1.15pm daily.

Collingbourne CE Primary School is a great place to be!  Located on the outskirts of the Tidworth area, we are a small rural school with brilliant children.

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Teaching Assistant who has a natural desire to support children’s development and learning, to join our happy, supportive and dedicated team in upper KS2.

 

The post will require you to provide general support within your designated class supporting the class teacher and year 5 & 6 children.  You will also deliver interventions with small groups of children.  Experience of supporting children with educational needs would be an advantage.  On-going training and development will be provided.
