GDPR

What is the GDPR?

The EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into force on the 25 May 2018.  It replaces the Data Protection Act and brings the UK in line with all other EU member states.  All organisations have to comply with these regulations and it is important that you are aware of what we do with the data we collect, why we process it and who we share it with.  The links below provide this information.  However, if you have any queries or wish to discuss our data protection practices, please contact the schools Data Controller on admin@collingbourne.wilts.sch.uk

Further information on the GDPR is available from the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.) here: https://ico.org.uk/
