What is the UK GDPR?

The UK General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into force on the 1at January 2021.  It replaces the EU GDPR Governed Data Protection Act.  All organisations have to comply with these regulations and it is important that you are aware of what we do with the data we collect, why we process it and who we share it with.  The links below provide this information.  However, if you have any queries or wish to discuss our data protection practices, please contact the schools Data Controller on admin@collingbourne.wilts.sch.uk
